TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read carefully before booking your consultation or class.

CANCELLATION FEE
A 25% cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations made outside the Grace Period (see below).

GRACE PERIOD
Full payment is necessary at the time of making a booking. You will have a Grace Period of three full working days immediately after making the booking during which you will not incur any cancellation fee, providing that cancellation is outside the Cancellation Notice Periods stated below.

CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIODS

Consultations: Two full working days’ notice before appointment.
Classes: Seven full working days’ notice before start date.
Events: Fourteen full working days’ notice before start date.

For cancellations not in conformance with these notice periods, the whole payment is forfeit. However, where a class is full and your place is resold, you will receive a refund less Cancellation Fee.

CONSULTATIONS
1. Psychic readings are in strict confidence between the client and the reader alone.
2. Clients are treated with sensitivity and respect.
3. If specialist information is sought, Amber will direct querents
to the relevant resources (e.g. legal, medical or financial).
4. Psychic readings are not given to clients aged under 18 years.
5. All fees are agreed and paid for prior to the psychic reading.
6. In the rare event that Amber is unable to read for a client,
Amber will inform the client promptly and no fee will be payable.
7. Psychic readings take place in Islington, London.

REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that Amber has to cancel a consultation or class all fees will be refunded in full.

In the unlikely event that you are entirely unhappy with your psychic reading your fee will be refunded in full. However, if the session is incomplete due to your late arrival no refund is given.

LATE ARRIVAL
In order for you to gain the maximum benefit from your reading it is essential you arrive on time. Therefore, it is your responsibility to arrive on time or a few minutes early. Refunds are not given for late arrivals and no-shows unless you arrive more than 30 minutes late in which case the session will be cancelled a 50% refund given.
